Our problems are almost gone.

for the most part, these past days have been a real severe struggle. Many products that i bought or used to buy were non-existant but guess what, our oil problem has been resolved. During the time that i was withought oil i got to thinking that we can avoid problems like this if we kept living our lives like we did when we had no oil. Some things will have to change like instead of people riding their cars, they can ride their bikes. I believe that people should only use their car if they go somewhere far like work or a faraway restaurant. I hope that many people have learned from this problem and hope that they will value oil instead of just wasting it...i just hope they use it wisely. I do think that the government can develope a law or something to limit or try to get poeple to be less dependent on oil but many people donot know what contains oil and they only think its gasoline but many of the clothes they have contain oil. I say this because many of them do not know what has and what does not contain oil. I believe that the government can create a list of things that contain oil so that people would be aware of what contains oil. Some steps that i can take in decreasing my carbon footprint is that i can recycle the cans that i used or pick the ones that have already been used, unplug something when i am not using it, bring some cloth bags to put my grocery on . I think that i will do just fine in making all these things possible and i belive that i will not resist just as the worl does not resist in producing more plants.

Contaminated fish in our waters?

I am a restaurant owner in the gulf coast. From the past years, things have turned out to be successfull around here, people come and go and come back for more. I have about the oil spill that has come to our oceans and to tell the truth, i was realy worried. This made me worry because then how would i kow which fics are contaminated and which ones are not, i am going to have to close. This is going to affect me and other employers because then we will not have another job and our life will become more complicated. We will not have enough money to pay for our bills. I fear that fish food will become limited and this is scary because then where would i go to eat my fish? Since our ocean is contaminated, our fish will soon die because they will not have plaktons to eat. Not only is this going to affect our fish but our seagulls to because they eat fish and soon other sea animals who depended on them will start to disaper and there goes bussiness. Some help that we get to clean our oceans is the british patrol and even with that, it could be a problem. It takes thousands of dollars to clean our oceans. Imagine what this can do to the economy, prices may rise up, taxes may rise up, people may loose their jobs because there is not enough money to pay the employes. If these prices rise up then people will start to spend less than what they already do.

No more traveling???

Wow, no more traveling? Wel i guess we are going to have to find other alternatives so we can travel. This is affecting many people because they cannot go to vacations to other places and other poeple cannot go back to their home country. I say this because many airlines would be closing. Withought oul, there is no jetfuel, and withought jet fuel then people cannot travel. This is realy a problem, no more tourists and some people may loose their jobs because of it. Since we may not have planes anymore to travel, our only alternative would be walking but we cannot go walking from one country or one state to another, it will take hours. Besides this taking hours, we would be tired and maybe settle somewhere else than planned. Many poeple would miss their family members. Many poeple have families that are all over the place and they cannot see them because there are no planes with oil. I guess we are just going to have to visit the families we already have or we are just going to have to be just living where we are.

Why has it come to this?

I have seen the many problems that can occur if we suddenly run out of oil. Things like this include, foods and other products. I am really worried because then the products that I use to buy will be non-existence. Many local food restaurants will disappear because they use oil for cooking the food, and then people would not be able to eat out. Not only is it affecting local restaurants’, its also affecting our houses and the way we eat. Things that we cook that use up oil will then have to be cooked without oil. Food is also going to become limited and people would have to start to grow their own food. This would be crisis for everyone, no more barbecue, instead a vegetable eat out. Most local stores would have to close down, people would be hungry. We all need milk so does this mean that we would have to buy our own cow? I would need to ask my cousin for tips since they have a whole heard of animals. This is how they produce their food…well some people in Mexico do that. I guess we are going to have to go green and be like farm people.

OK so today i went to the mall and i went to the music store and it was out of business. I freaked out and i saw a note that said "due to oil shortage, we havent been recieving any more CDs an so it would be better not to sell because a music store without music is not a music store. " I felt like life was over because i wanted to get the albums "morefun in the new world, Hey zeus, and aint love grand" by X and i have been searching for them since two years. besides that i though " how will i get my music now? I will have to settle with albums that are alredy made and I'll be new music less." this news to me was like loosing a family member that i realy loved.

no tooth paste

Oh my god you would never imagine that without oil means no tooth paste. I am for real, i was going to brush my teeth, when i saw that there was no tooth paste, I freaked out and asked my sister that there was no toothpaste and she was shocked, next we asked my mom and she said "because of the oil problem that the company did not know where to put the tooth paste so they just stop shipping it. " I thought to myself "oh no, now i am going to have a stinky mouth and my teeth would be all yellow." I dont know what to do. Next, i remembered that people in the ancient days brushed their teeth with carbon but i had no carbon so i just had to leave to school without brushing my teeth.

A worl without oil

I have seem many of the effects that can occur if our world suddenly is in oil shortage or if oil is non-existance. Nothing good comes out from this. Many of the things that we use are made from oil for example bags and blottles. Withought bags we cannot carry our groceries. Withought bottles, were will we store and sell milk, water, sodas, and juice? Not only is oil made for ou beverages but for out makeup. Lipstick and eyeleghtener is made from oil. Cars carry gasoline whisch is also made out of oil. If we suddenly run out of oil we would not have most of the things that we have right now, and people ould have to walk instead of riding in cars. Oil is one of the problems that many poeple should think about like how it will impact their lives.
